All Products Warranty

FamComfit products include a three month warranty for all faulty jewellery from date of purchase.

Faulty jewellery includes: Broken Chains/Clasp/Stones, manufacturer error that inhibits the proper use of the jewellery and any natural tarnishing in three months due to product quality per se.

Return Exceptions

  1. Kindly note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, no returns or exchanges on earrings, charity pieces, or engraved pieces.

  2. All transactions outside the three month warranty period can not be returned or exchanged due to faults. We can not accept returns/exchanges for lost items.

  3. Any accidental damage on products, e.g. improper self-help adjustment causing scratch or broken parts.

  4. Discolouring due to improper use, e.g. fading from use in water or long-hours exposed to sunshine.

Instructions for Return & Refund

Step 1

Email request: Request needs to be sent via email with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number.

Step 2

Post the product: If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3

Inspection: Once your return is received by FamComfit and inspected with final assessment, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.

Step 4

Refund: You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method, or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s.

All stones and pearls are genuine with fine cutting or polishing crafts, unless declared.

Delivery takes 4-12 days Australia nationwide, with trackable notice via email.
